Job Description
As a Compliance Officer, you will have the following missions:
- Serve as a compliance expert ensuring adherence to regulations
- Contribute to the implementation of corrective measures and advise on timely process improvements.
- Identify missing or obsolete customer information by carrying out quality checks.
- Keeping abreast of regulatory developments and assessing their impact on internal processes.
- Create robust internal controls and monitor compliance.
- Working with internal and external auditors.
- Raise awareness and train employees on regulations.
- Respond to employee concerns or questions regarding legal compliance and anti-money laundering.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Banking/Finance/Law
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the compliance field
- Have a good understanding of AML/CFT regulations
Additional information
- Mastery of the French and English language is essential.
- The position is based in Luxembourg.
