Job Description

As a Support Cyber Security Infrastructure Engineer, you will have the following missions:

• Configuring, enhancing and operating the components of the ICT security infrastructure:
• Deploy, enhance and manage the various technologies and components used specifically for ICT security purposes;
• Providing assistance with various tasks and operations related to cyber security (incident response, troubleshooting, change management, drafting and implementing security procedures)
• Day-to-day operation and maintenance of a wide variety of different cybersecurity solutions (network firewall, web proxy, email and anti-spam proxy, anti-virus for servers, DMZ segregation, web application firewall, intrusion prevention, managed file transfer, certificates, strong authentication, etc.).
• Configure and manage aspects of the local network;
• Regularly review and improve configurations ;
• Manage user accounts and rights;
• Ensure that security events are properly monitored;
• Regularly review and update configurations and apply regular patches.
• Carry out technical monitoring and market research to identify the technologies best suited to customers’ needs;
• Produce evaluation reports and studies to assist decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or a similar field.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards and best practices.
• Experience of cybersecurity tools and techniques, such as penetration testing, threat modelling and security audits.

Additional information

• Mastery of the French and English language is essential.
• The position is based in Luxembourg.
