Job Description
As a Support Helpdek IT, you will have the following missions:
- Providing first-level technical support, resolving common IT problems and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems to maintain optimum productivity.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems for end users.
- Follow up incidents from inception to resolution.
- Configuring and maintaining workstations, including installing and updating software.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in the network environment.
- Working with IT teams to implement new technological solutions.
- Documenting technical procedures and solutions to common problems.
Requirements
- Degree in computing, information systems or similar field.
- First experience in a technical support role.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills, able to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Knowledge of Windows/MacOS operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, ticketing software,
- Understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- IT certification is an advantage (ITIL, Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+)
Additional information
- Mastery of the French and English language is essential.
- The position is based in Luxembourg.
