Job Description

As a Support Helpdek IT, you will have the following missions:

• Providing first-level technical support, resolving common IT problems and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems to maintain optimum productivity.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems for end users.
• Follow up incidents from inception to resolution.
• Configuring and maintaining workstations, including installing and updating software.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in the network environment.
• Working with IT teams to implement new technological solutions.
• Documenting technical procedures and solutions to common problems.

Requirements

• Degree in computing, information systems or similar field.
• First experience in a technical support role.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills, able to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
• Knowledge of Windows/MacOS operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, ticketing software,
• Understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• IT certification is an advantage (ITIL, Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+)

Additional information

• Mastery of the French and English language is essential.
• The position is based in Luxembourg.
